CF03A resin is a highly methyl etherifiedamino resin with a solid content of 98% or more, chemically known as hexamethoxymethyl nectarine, which is used as a methylene giving body for direct bonding systems between rubber and skeletal materials, and is soluble in water and organic solutions in general.

● Product Application Notes
1. CF03A reacts with methylene acceptors at vulcanisation temperature and acts as a bonding agent for rubber and skeletal materials. For example, it reacts with resorcinol formaldehyde resin GLR-20, binder RE, binder RS, etc. to produce a thermosetting resin. If the reaction takes place before vulcanisation, the bonding effect of the mating system is lost. The rubber, filler and methylene acceptor are usually prepared first at a higher temperature; then, during the final refining in the later stages of refining, CF03A and other mating agents are added.
2.The recommended ratio is 1.5-3 parts CF03A with 2-5 parts GLR-20 resin or other methylene acceptors.
